submitted by Patricia M. - |Recommended: NoThe office gets upset when you have a legit complaint. One bedroom was unusable due to the carpet being soaking wet. Maintenance came a few times and cut holes in the wall and left. They kept guessing until an actual experienced guy came and found the leak. All along the holes cut in the wall was the wrong wall that had a leak. Once it was found there was black mold in the wall connecting the bedroom and living room. We lived with the mold at least 6 months. The bathroom ceiling is always flooding the bathroom, they use the same excuse to everyone,the people upstairs must have overflowed the tub. I never had or even seen a bedbug until I moved here, the roaches are also bad. They do a so called spraying but in the year I have been here they've only came 3 times. They never check the air filters and they were filthy. Plumbing is another issue you often get the water shut off. Maintenance requests were ignored because they moved friends in. No parking which I was told I would have.
submitted by James M. - |Recommended: YesHonestly an amazing place, all the staff are super helpful and friendly. Plus any issues i have get handle in a quick but careful manner. Almost through my first lease with Ascend and will DEFINITELY be resigning my lease with them again.
